This Isn’t Just a Break. It’s a Beginning.
On Expedition For Good exists to empower people to step away from the expected and into meaningful journeys of growth, service, and self-discovery.
We support individuals at every stage of their expedition—whether dreaming, planning, or reflecting—by offering resources, community, and connection. Our mission is to help people do good, for themselves and for the world, one courageous expedition at a time.
We live in a culture that rewards speed, achievement, and burnout. But what if success isn’t just about climbing? What if it’s also about pausing, listening, and building something true?
On Expedition is here to challenge the myth that taking time off is indulgent or irresponsible. We believe your time—used intentionally—is your most powerful tool for change.
Why We Exist
A Note from Ashley
I want to give people what I wish I had.
After a decade in corporate consulting, I stepped away from the path I’d spent years climbing. I didn’t have a plan—I had a lot of questions. That time away changed my life.
I began writing, reflecting, and connecting with others who were navigating similar transitions. What I discovered became the foundation of On Expedition for Good: that clarity doesn’t always come from doing more—it comes from making space to ask better questions.
Today, I help others step into that space, build meaningful goals, and create personal expeditions that align with who they are and what they care about.

Meet the Founders

Our Philosophy
Not all expeditions require a backpack. You don’t need to quit your job or travel the world to reconnect with yourself.
Time off is a tool, not a luxury. When used with intention, it can clarify your purpose and reshape your life.
Community changes everything. We weren’t meant to figure things out alone.
Purpose fuels courage. You don’t need all the answers—you just need to know what matters.

Not at all. We define an expedition as any intentional break or shift you take to grow, reflect, and contribute to something meaningful. That could look like travel, a career transition, a sabbatical, or a service project—it's personal, and we help you design it your way.
-
If you're feeling the pull to step back, rethink your path, or do something more meaningful—but you're unsure where to begin—you’re in the right place. We offer resources, programs, and community support for every stage: from early dreaming to full-on planning and action.
-
We offer free tools to help you clarify your goals, an 8-week cohort program for those actively planning expeditions, and a global community—The Good Network—for ongoing support, mentorship, and connection before, during, and after your journey.
No one gets anywhere alone.
